Global Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) HTL Group will be exhibiting safety innovations and smart bolting solutions at OTC this year. Bringing 100% British made products to the USA from the 6th May to 9th May 2019.
Exhibiting on the UK Pavilion (Stand 1639-A) for the second consecutive year they will be showcasing their smart bolting solutions including the new RFID technology embedded in their tools. The inclusion of RFID technology allows clients to develop custom automated systems that could incorporate identification, tracking and traceability. This innovation has been developed to aid customer’s processes and allows for smarter solutions for everything from asset management to tool authentication.
During the event, i-Calibrate, their popular certification software, will also be demonstrated. An in-house developed calibration and test software system that utilises QR codes that are fixed onto tooling, allowing for paperless certification and tracking to be implemented. This complements HTL’s range of Calibration and Test Rigs which have been released to support the industry’s calibration and test requirements.
Committed to health and safety, HTL Group have focused on designing and manufacturing their controlled bolting equipment with working at height safety features to increase customers onsite safety. An example being the DSX Square Drive Torque Wrench that has industry leading dropped object prevention features. Along with Hands Free Bolting’s safety accessory product range, which will be exhibited throughout the event, HTL have continued their focus on both operator and job-site safety by improving controlled bolting equipment.
