HTL manufactures its entire range of premium hydraulic torque wrenches and tensioners in the North East of England. This area has a rich engineering heritage and has long been associated with high quality controlled bolting equipment, a reputation which continues to this day.
All our tools have been designed and engineered in-house with component parts engineered locally by our strategic suppliers. Many of our strategic suppliers have and continue to manufacture tools for some of the world’s largest controlled bolting companies of past and present such as Hedley Purvis, Torque Tension Systems (TTS), Enerpac and SPX Bolting Systems.
