Recently promoted from Workshop Technician, Chris thoroughly understands HTL’s product range, providing him with the knowledge to support our customers.

I enjoy working with our customers and meeting their needs as best as I can.
I smile when I see the completion of a job in a timely or urgent manner.
While I’m still new to my current role, I would say be polite, professional and write things down. The easiest way to keep track of what your day consists of is to keep a diary.
I start working as a workshop tech 4 years ago and moved into a customer service representative role at the beginning of March 2022.
In my free time my partner and I walk our Dachshund in the surrounding parks and forests. I also enjoy my weekend mornings watching Its Always Sunny in Philadelphia with a bowl of cereal and a cup of coffee.
When I was 16 I went on safari with my Dad in Botswana. One morning I walked to the showers through the campsite and walked into an elephant, luckily it didn’t mind.
