Flange Pullers
HTL’s range of Equalizer’s Flange Pulling Tools have been developed to pull flanges together during installation or maintenance of flange joints, safely and efficiently. Designed utilising tandem hydraulic cylinders to create a very low profile which allows the FC10TE to be used on small diameter flanges with limited access as well as larger flanges.
- For use on all vertical and horizontal flanges including ANSI/ASME, API, BS, DIN and SPO with a minimum bolt-hole diameter of 0.87 in (22.0 mm)
- Closing force of up to 22.4 tons (200 kN) when used in pairs
- Can pull flanges from a distance of 23.62 in (600.0 mm) down to 0.00 in (0.0 mm)
- Any number of FC10TE tools can be used simultaneously to provide greater pulling loads.
